Yes we did purchase travel insurance for Georgia as it's mandatory to have one. Health insurance wouldn't work for travel insurance.

Hi, I'm travelling to Georgia with my fiancé from Nov 30th to Dec 8th 2024 for our first International trip after our wedding. We have already booked our flights and accommodations. I understand that for travelling to Georgia, a minimum bank balance of INR 5 Lakh/person is recommended to show sufficient funds. My question is: will having a closing balance of INR 2 Lakh/person be considered sufficient, or is there a specific requirement regarding maintaining this balance? Please advice.

For 9 day trip this amount should be good enough. They might ask to show currency (usd/euro) that you're carrying along with cards etc that would indicate them that you have enough to cover your travel expenses in Georgia.

Since you and family already have valid Saudi visa, this would be good enough to travel to Georgia! For bank balance, if you can take print out then it would be good as in case they ask you can show. Also carry some cash and cards enough to cover your travel expenses in Georgia!

Yes you should be able to travel on valid Schengen visa! Since you also have US visa, you're covered! However just check the latest before your travel in case of any change which is a bit unlikely!

In this case, your sister will have to apply for Georgia e-visa. It wouldn't matter if you don't have evisa.

Currently, my account balance is low due to other investments. In this case you needn't get sponsorship for your Georgia visa! Just simply apply normally!

In that scenario you will not be able to get visa on arrival in Georgia. 😔 You need to have a valid visa (date validity) to get Georgia visa on arrival. In this case, you will have to apply for eVisa.

@@Rswain1486 yes, in your Georgia visa application you will have to mention her details and in her application, your details! For documents, you both will have to upload respective documents. Common documents like flights, hotels can be same. But Bank statement etc, if it's not joint account then the one in your names!

We don't see a reason if documents are provided and process followed, why would Georgia visa would get rejected! Flight & hotel bookings are needed to apply for Georgia evisa. So do include them in your visa application.
