21:53. Actually it will matter. There is hidden number of current autonomy of province. If you don't core province your autonomy will still be decreasing and after coring it will have that hidden number so you can make state and core many years after you conquered province and if you didn't had any autonomy increasing events or you didn't rise autonomy manually you should have 0 autonomy in that province. Dunno if only rising autonomy with + button resets that hidden value and it changes it to 100 %, but I suspect that autonomy increasing events do that to. Back in the past you could view that hidden number if you reload the game. Your uncored provinces would have autonomy lower that 90 even uncored until you skipped a month.

Georgia is a favorite nation of mine and I’m happy that they have a unique crisis and an extensive Mission tree for a small nation. But I won’t lie, they are such a painful start from being stuck with the Seljuk Sheep’s and The Golden Age Ottomans as well as later on, The Russians.

If you're looking for a Victoria 3 Challenge run try releasing and playing as Ireland. They have a pretty comfortable start with high pop and some goo resources but they also start with a -900 admin deficit so if you want any taxes at all you have to try very hard :))

the georgians are honestly the most miserable campaign you can play. I swear they are hardcoded to be more likely to get bad events, and the sheer strength of everyone you gotta fight is ridiculous. In my game i managed to take constantinople and a couple of anatolian provinces from the ottomans and they still had nearly 300k force limit by 1550, it's insane. It's like every uphill battle you fight just manages to create an even bigger threat
