The Sunset colonies seem pretty good to me. You get a merchant if they own 10 provinces just like a normal colony. One Nation per region, and you can just keep the good provinces yourself for trade if you want.

This isn't a hate comment or anything, I really enjoy your content and I frequently watch your vids. I do however find the background music gets pretty annoying after watching several videos as it's very repetitive. Maybe you could try using alternating songs as background music there's a lot of good open source stuff and old music that is out of copyright.

There is 2 ways I have seen France join the HRE: first, I played them and became emperor. Second, they lost a war anr got their army destroyed, which weakened them so hard that Liege conquered half of them in a single war, before conquering the rest in another war and then forming France

My suggestion is to not colonize south america as Inca . Colonize spice islands and australia instead . Let europeans colonize south america . When colonial nation spawns it usually develops its land alot . So u get very developed land almost for free

Serious question: Is there a particular reason you don't get more than 4 cannons per Stack? Obviously their combat ability is not a concern at this point in time, but it would make your sieges almost twice or thrice as fast, since you get flat +1 siege progress per 2 units of cannons, if I remember correctly. The Creator "The Student" recently did an informative video about this.

Attrition is my main concern - I’m fighting many times my size army and manpower wise on a superiority CB, I don’t want extra thousands of men burdening me like that (I’d have to slow down to speed 2 to make sure I’m not killing my guys)

Need help, a question for modders: the Teutonic Order has an event flavor_teu.26 which allows the country to get the Prussian monarchy and militarization (regular). I want to know if there is an event that would give the country precisely Prussian militarization of the maximum level? (this is where for 20 militarization points you can use the solutions charnhorst Maneuvers and Reform the military Manual).

I'd assume integrate fra for the mission but it might not be that, maybe the command to bypass requirements? I don't think it's that one either (I think that one's yesman)

As far as I know, there's no command to bypass mission requirements. I've looked very hard for one, and that's why I was flabbergasted to see him do it in-game. I need to know!!!

need more incans so bad man 🙏 will say though that i am a kinda disappointed w/ how they implemented the sunrise colonies. when reading the dev diary, i was under the impression it would be exactly like colonizing the americas is, where after a certain point they automatically turn into a colony, although i think in this case it should have been an option through decision rather than automatic (tbh i think it should be that way for the americas too). i know it will never be "optimal" since the mission tree doesn't change how trade flows, but the idea of making colonies the exact same way the europeans do/did out of all their nations just sounds like such good flavor, and it's a shame you're supposed to do it by releasing other countries like wales.

You type “mission ..” with the ‘..’ being the mission ID. Go into debug mode (debug_mode) and hover over the mission to see the ID.
