I had Crow 2-1 here. Georgie took a lil bit to REALLY get into his first where as crow was more consistent in his. The 2nd, georgie had a lot of better material and combined with crow's choke he took this. Third round was close but i edged to crow for having more variety and harder hitting punches in his material. Great performances from both. 🔥 this was always gonna be a heater

On this one I'm going very much against all 3 judges - I'd score it 2-1 Crow. Personally I think Crow takes the first and last and Georgie takes the second but he's aided by Crow's stumble at the end of the 2nd. I think Caveman in his summary said partly what I can summarise this as - Crow had more powerful bars than Georgie - that's why I'm siding with him. Yes Georgie is a strong performer but I'd say there's nothing wrong with Crow's stage presence so surely it should go down to who's the better writer and I'd argue that it's Crow by a good bit out of these 2. Whilst I'll not be negative about Georgie's lines or performance because he did nothing wrong and was solid throughout I will say I think he gets votes and better reaction because he's seen to be one of the cool characters in the scene. I'm not into who's "cool" so it doesn't really get anyone extra brownie points with me and that's why I think he loses here. Yes Georgie has battled legends but I'm starting to more and more think it's based on his marketability over raw pen skill. I'd love to see if Georgie could handle someone who's a proper legend in the making like Reeverse. Reeverse is one of the best writers out there and I just feel that could expose Georgie's pen game (even though I do rate Georgie). So this one's Crow's for me but hats off to both gents.

Crow came with dope material and Roots consistently levelled up on him. I had it 3-0 Roots but its a harsh scoreline considering how good Crow was here. Georgie Roots is really one of them, hes shown he can stand with the best of the best, i just wanna see if he can body one of them.

I have Georgie 3-0 but only edging the 1st and 3rd, the 2nd is pretty clear. The elevator bar was fucking alien, and the way he closed the 1st and 3rd actually sealed him the rounds. Usually battlers do closers, and from their vocal tone and shit you know it's the closer so the anticipation makes it hit a little less... but his delivery is so unorthodox, there's a proper smack off it when it lands. Crow's overall writing is levels, I actually didn't give him props in previous battles but he maybe had more punches than Georgie that were serious belters. I just can't f with how he performs it- projection doesn't match the material and doesn't match the energy of what he's saying. Kind of a similar conundrum to Soul. Props to both for the improvement though!

I watched Georgie pretty comprehensively dismantle Tali recently. Here he does the same thing to Crow, although Crow is/was better than Tali, in my opinion. Crow reminded me a little of Real Deal's style actually, just less polished. It'll be nice to see him improve as a performer. Georgie needs a stronger opponent for his next clash. Not sure who though.
