The butler and maid characters are assassins whose design is based off horror movie tropes. Wolf boy is obviously a Werewolf motif, while Corin is based off frakensteine and texas chainsaw massacre, Ellen is based off of Jaws and probably clocktower, while Rina is a ghost and puppets while also carrying vampire stakes. They are quite a bit of fun.

It's a good thing Billy, anby and Nicole are unlocked from the start and I managed to pull nekomiya on one of my first pulls so now I got the entire cunning hares gang in the first few hours all of which are fun to play only been using them even though I got others to play

Man, I've been trying to get Nekomiya for so many pulls now and the game keeps screwing me lol, got like 2 SSR equips and the red haired wrench girl and I'm at like close to 180 pulls. Her gameplay definitely seems the most fun, tho I enjoy Piper and Ellen's gameplay as well lol.

YES ZZZ, the game is honestly so fun, the combat is very very smooth if you can play well and the characters are so cool. Personally i like zzz way way way more than hsr just because of the combat satisfaction alone

ZZZ is better if you want a more casual experience for sure, but I'll warn you that the majority of the game is absolutely not combat, combat is basically just a story vehicle until you get to the end game. There's a lot of dialogue and puzzles that you have to get through between every combat encounter, so go in with that understanding. If that's something you're fine with, then I'd absolutely recommend it, very polished product. Though the optimization could absolutely use some work, but it's one day after launch so not that big of a deal.

@@georgieegames yea they really made the combat really satisfying, the perfect assist sounds (basically parry but you switch character along with it), the chain attacks, the ultimates all flow perfectly if you have a decent team. Also currently 2 of the characters have special animations and increased dmg when put together on a team (ben and koleda) and to me that means they will do something like that again in the future (which i love).

Oh u DEFINITELY have to try ZZZ because tbh I was one of those people who weren’t hooked every time I see ZZZ trailers in game events or shows and hell I didn’t have any plans on playing it. The character designs was not resonating with me at first, however, after like a week of its release, I got bored with all the games I’m playing so I simply tried this game out of boredom and WOW did it threw me off. For me, in all the games that Hoyoverse has released thus far, this one is absolutely SATISFYING to play like the mechanics and gameplay is so catered towards action or fighting games fans (and THAT’S HUGE considering I have played all Hoyoverse games). Upon playing it, I grew to love the artistic design, style, the over-the-top but also superb animation and also the characters. The story is interesting as well considering that most gacha games’ story during the first part is mid but here, definitely not the case for me. The first chapter is already good and I know you’ll appreciate the game once u play it so please go ahead!

I would assume the lip synch is off because the game is Chinese. I wouldn't expect them to reanimate that stuff for every language out there. That's an astronomical amount of tedious work. Gonna be real guess I watch so much anime I kind of glaze over the bouncing DDs. It's so common I don't recognize it anymore. Guess I should be worried :p Also, to touch the touchy subject, I would guess the cat girl is 14-15 but again it's Chinese and age of consent in that country is 14. Not condoning it or saying you shouldn't feel uncomfortable with stuff like that, but it's not made in the US so different social norms and all.

Out of all the characters with demos, I love Anby, Nicole, and Nekomata in the Cunning Hares faction and all of the Victoria Housekeeping Co. faction. I love Grace as well and the only standard character that didn't have a demo, Koleda (the redhead in Grace's demo, the one she calls "Sweet Pea") [TLDR: I don't like Billy hahaha] and Ellen is my no.1 haha (funny how all characters I love are ALL ICE: Ayaka, Eula, Jingliu, Ruan Mei, and now Ellen and a future character in ZZZ Miyabi) I understand that the Nekomata DEMO is kinda disturbing to others but I SWEAR her combat is so much fun (also the thing is every character looks YOUNGER in their splash arts, I think it's because they were the old designs, likely used in CBT, then they made their in-game model look older) So far I love the characters EXCEPT for 3: Billy (I don't like his gameplay), Ben (he's slow and I prefer buffer support than SHIELD), and Anton (I prefer COOL GUYS like Lycaon, now THEY are the BROS, not some delusional airheads like Anton, he reminds me of GASTON)

As someone who had (zenless zone) zero knowledge of this game save for the striking resemblance to two members of HoloEN for two of the characters I was really pleasently surprised by the game. I was hesitant to like Nicole but she is just so spunky and fun and the dynamic with her Billy (whos great) and Anby (whos the best to play) brought it all together. Then slowly seeing every other character I agree the maid service definitely seems the cream of the crop character-design wise so far. And yeah, the jiggle physics and honestly just the size of of some of the women in this game is ludicrous.

ZZZ somehow doesnt feel like a "gacha game" honestly it feels more like a console game similar to recent games like HiFi rush, Persona or soul hackers imo

I gotta agree there. It’s super easy to clear content with the characters you get that you don’t even need to pull unless you want to. Not to mention outside of story, the game is rather persona-esque

I like Lycaon too! But what I really like are those Bangboos (bunnies) in the game. They are all so unique and cute that fight alongside you ❤

You should watch the release trailer as well! I think it’s called something like “The person you are calling is in a Hollow.” It shows like all the current factions and some unreleased characters.

i think this game is amazing i havent felt overwhelmed by the story as i did when i started hsr and genshin impact at first. combat is super fun and the stylization is amazing! The game also reminds me of persona a lot which also helps out with me enjoying it because i love persona!

The lipsyncing's never been very good in Hoyo games- not because they're ACTUALLY bad at it but because the animations are made for the Chinese VAs first I'm sure

yeah I think you are right! I think it threw me off as normally genshin/hsr trailers are lipsynced to their EN dub but its not bad at all, just surprised me a lil! :)

I think this probably isn't a game for you lol. there's silly "cringey" stuff all over the place and loads of fanservice. I've been really enjoying it but if you get really annoyed by that stuff this game is going to turn you off fast.

To clarify Nekomia's little "butt" wiggle before her ult is a thing cats do when they are about to pounce when playing or hunting. Its an actual cinematic that plays each time she ults so players can onky ever see it from the front angle as seen in the trailer. Also her characterization is not necessarily what on would expect as the story progresses. She is arguably one of the quickest fighters in the game with some interesting tricks to her kit like the ability to slash through enemies to get behind them and her bassic combo final strike has a 33.33% chance to hit 3 times instead of 1 each time she uses it, same for the pass through move. Overall she was a suprisingly fun character. The only character whos design i do find a bit young is the biker gang leader, amazing kit move wise, strange design direction imo.
