This is a gift from Mihoyo for Honkai fans in the middle of Covid lockdown. The lights in the crowd represent fans. I like this concert more then the newer one coz it gives more of the live vibes. I heard its really was recorded live back then. After the concert was aired on youtube, mihoyo made the vid unavailable for like 2 weeks to fix some hiccups associated with it being live. Also if u look closely during rubia, hanser & the other singer were moving on the crowd area to take their place for Moon Halo. This concert was so much fun watching it live

There was a low key buzzing sound that gets in everytime there were switching stage area i guess... its mostly in between songs. They took the video down for a few weeks to clean up the audio.

I just realized that in moon holo, the bridge towards the end is a mush up of nightglow (I’ll never go), Rubia(always a way to home) and starfall (tmr and yesterday), that was brilliant

It actually reflects all previous Songs most of the lyrics twist/antonyms back to its meaning of the previous songs Never let u go = I will never go Though my wings been bloodstained= Unfold this pair of wings for me again to sore above this world I want no tomorrow or yesterday = Brighter than tomorrow and yesterday How the crimson moon shines = Turned into a moon tells the warmth and brightness of the sun To find a way back home = Theres a way back home I forgot most lyrics so tell me if somethings wrong or just change it.

Great reaction. One correction: the songs are not picked for videos, the songs were written specifically for mhy by the Herrsher of Music herself TetraCalyx(the woman in black you see singing Moon Halo with Chalili and hanser, and the only singer to hide her face besides hanser) This Chinese woman has written most of the English songs lyrics in Honkai, in a foreign language for her, that not just fit the chapters but actually reference the things happening in the chapter and cross reference other previous songs from previous chapters. She was also original VA for Bronya and Mei in GGZ and I think some other characters and original singer for many of the songs which later were given to the more famous artists to sing(She was the singer for songs that later became Cyberangel and Honkai World Diva). She is absolutely incredible and deserves much more recognition.

1:05:47 *I* think Dreamy Euphony was Hoyoverse flexing their AR skills. Not complaining! That technology was amazing! As was the concert! But I like Starfire sonorant because if feels more like a live concert. Where Dreamy felt like a 'show'.

Dreamy Euphony gets the hype for all the greenscreen and Elysia bits but there's so many cool bits in Starfire Sonorant that may seem crude at first (the AR Hyperion and Benares kinda crude lol) but are actually absolutely awesome touches (it's the AR Hyperion and Benares! Holy shit!). The snap in Befall, the dancers in the rain representing Mei and Kiana, the kids singing Rubia making it even more painful than it already was, Tia Ray just casually murdering Starfall like calm down girl sheesh! I think I like this concert better because it kind of feels more special but it's a very close contest.

This was live, with audio glitches and some scenes were different shots in live version than this recorded version which is cleaned up properly. Yes, I wished it could be better at some parts but seeing how chaotic it was for them (you can watch Hanser's vlog where they had to practice from afternoon until midnight non stop for the performance the next day) so I'll let it slide 😅

I loved this concert so much! And if you didn't know, at the end of this concert there were 2 MAJOR drops onto us which were the announcements of A Post Honkai Odyssey 2 (APHO2) and Honkai Star Rail. You can imagine our hype plus the ultimate hype man which was the concert. Multiple minds were BLOWN and millions killed (that was an exaggeration). The concert was suppose to have live audience, that's why they had that EDM segment, for people to just dance and rave to. The LED lights below stage are supposed to represent the LIVE audiences. Thanks for the reaction. But really, it is underwhelming when you don't know the context of the songs.
