Good Afternoon Cody and Echopup! loved that you were working in Rufio's love Shack today. He is my favorite of your roosters. You sure picked out some nice colorful Ladles for him. I know it will be a while I but it will be interesting to see what color chickens you will get from them. Let's hope the hawk doesnt get any of your birds and decides on a mouse meal instead. All ducks are like "oh man...now what's going to happen!!" 😂 That's a nice auger. My boys all have augers for ice fishing! This setup is really great! I hope it does the job!! But, I'm glad you have nice weather for now. Good to see the ducks in the pond! When they see you, do they think you want them out? It'll be fun when it's really full! That hawk sure likes watching. I love that comment you made about it's either Dabbles is happy or everyone else is happy. 😂 He really is like a little troll. Echo-Pup just loves everything so much, you could tell by the look on his face how sad he was by the way Rufio reacted towards him when he went in for the butt sniff and you told him not the rooster. 🥺 It's so cool how they have those special calls that can alert you to what is going on. I would definitely be worried about Lil' Rowe since she is a notorious fence jumper and she kind of does her own thing a lot. She's also a lot smaller, that hawk would have no problem swooping her up. If I was busy working on something I don't know if I would have even seen that hawk without the birds telling me it was there first. It's unfortunate that everything in the damn world wants to eat chickens. Hopefully Echo-Pup is enough to deter him from swooping on any of the birds.

Should have to put another tire under it but u do whatever and u should put the top tire halfway under the ground or put it down to the top of the tire it wld help if it's down lower it really helped mine bc I tried to keep mine up on top of the ground but it did work as good as it is now under the ground to the top of the tire and it works alot better and I also put old insulation wrapped around the pipe instead of the hay had some old insulation and I wrapped it around the pipe 2 times and taped it my dad told me to try it instead of the hay and it worked alot better just figured I'd let u no how we did ours and hope u have a good day

Im interested in knowing how the upgrade for the geothermal heater went. Stage 1 kept it from freezing till 25 degrees outside. Did stage two show marked improvement?

Watching the chickens and ducks run around I was wondering how they'd react to having one of those colorful pop up tunnels they make for kids to run through? Sometimes the chickens are really curious but would a tunnel get their attention? They don't seem to play at all do they? I wonder if getting some of those big plastic owls would scare the hawks away or would it also put a scare into the chickens?

They would use it and poop inside, many people make cage hoop tunnels instead. The plastic owls don't scare hawks, they're too smart and watch it long enough to see it doesn't move.
