i dont think someone would put chilean folk on a quinceañera since chileans don't celebrate it and if ur from a latin american country where they do actually celebrate it I dont think they would want traditional chilean music in it, personally I love my country's traditional music and i'm proud of how beautiful it is and the fact that we have an identity not "low budget"(?) music as you called it ,greeting from chile.

i get it, i mean it has a LOT of influence from the place Gepe comes from, from the imaginary that makes andean culture, it may sound weird to you, just as maybe ethiopian music sounds weird to me, but that is precisely the beautiful thing about human beings and their art.
