Great questions Gerard! So happy you were able to converse with the leader of all leaders!! What I took away from this was something about if you are a leader, you can't just instill your own personal standards of gaining success to your peers, they might discern themselves from you. To lead them without forcefully changing them you have to ask questions about where they are and where they need to be.
