I don't have any other social media so I wanted to post here, Gerber Gear has gone above and beyond to replace a belt clip and a couple screws for an old multi-tool my late Grandfather gave me. Gerber has always been one of my favorite brands, especially being a local brand for me. Their diving knife has gotten me out of a couple pickles while serving in Okinawa (these were not military related incidents), I learned to dive there and I got caught up in some fishing line and a net, so glad I had my knife. Yeah it’s nice. I would consider buying one if someone would contact me back about my warranty claim on my custom fastball. I’ve called 6 times an left a voicemail every time and I’ve sent quite a few emails. So until something’s done about that I’m referring everyone to stay away from gerber

November 27, 2022 to today = 22 working days and 37 days since warranty claim submitted and nothing but a confirmation, no way to check on claim, no contact, silence.... I really had higher expectations.
