I was in a vw car club in OC back in the mid 80s, never heard of this club until they started posting KZbin videos, we used to call it "Body Off" restoration 😉

Congrats for the celebration! I am 57 years old and my dad and built Bad Razz. Started the project back in 1985. Did the whole process pan off and I did the pan myself. Prepped it up so my friend Ray Anderson could paint it. So, does Bad Razz fit in the Elite status?

Awesome video. I always wondered what size the wheels are on those cars. I'm an old mini truck guy from way back. My friends had trucks. And some had VWs. I even had a couple. Just never could afford the wheels.

Got love for mini trucks! Those wheels are 15 inch Porsche Fuchs. fronts are 4.5 inches wide and rears are typically 5.5-6 inches I believe.
