Nah, over here in the Netherlands we have the “oe” and “u” Oe is pronounced like “u” in German, while u is pronounced like the German “ü”

Well this Video is probably for an english audience. Turkish adopted the latin alphabet pretty late and used existing characters like ü, ö, ä from others languages.

As already mentioned "ß" is a variant of the "s". "ss" = "ß" The Pronunciation is mostly harder then a normal S but not so hard as an Z.

After spending a lot of time learning German, I can guarantee that pronunciation and der, die, das are not the most challenging part; memorizing the usage of verb+preposition+AKK/DAT/GEN is the most challenging part, some prepositions can connect with only one single case while others don't, btw if the verb it's a reflexive verb, it gets even more complicated, how to place ‘sich’ in the right place is a pain in the ass.
