This late in the war (the funeral was on the 18th of October 1944), film was heavily rationed and almost exclusively used for propaganda purposes. The only people filming the event would have been working for the Ministry of Propaganda. Private photos are much more likely to exist, but really, it would look like any other Nazi propaganda event, with the usual flags, marching bands, people in uniform, etc.

At this point, only months before the end, the main focus of the Deutsche Wochenschau was to impress home audiences with the barbaric treatment they could except to receive from the red army if they gave up the struggle. This was not unrealistic. The coverage of the western front merely emphasizes the cultural inferiority of the Americans. German command was worried that German troops would maneuver so that they could surrender to the Americans who were widely considered civilized people in contrast to the Russians, who had earned a reputation for savagery.
