I lived in Germany when my dad was stationed there in the military when the Berlin Wall fell, I was in nurnberg just a kid but I remember looking at the guys skateboarding in my neighborhood and thinking how awesome it looked and how bad I wanted to do what they were doing. Being in Germany was my inspiration and introduction to skateboarding, I'm 43 years old now and still skating 🔥

Feels great to see Justin doing what he wants and beeing good at it. i went to elementary school with him and it really hit me different seeing he wanted to quit playing soccer for skating but already a couple weeks afterwards he started jumping across first and second graders lying on the stairs on the schoolgrounds which showed me that he was actually better at skating than soccer . Anyway amazing work Justin keep it up .

If you havent got to the point of having sponsors and travel around the world etc by the age of 27 when you started skating at 12, its not going to happen. Its just reality. If you havent caught they eyes of people in lets say 5 years of skating because you are that good, you most likely arent a going anywhere in the skateboard industry. But it doesn’t matter at all! If you love what you do, and love doing it thats what matters. Just keep skating and have fun❤✌🏻 Edit : coming from a 37 year old guy who started skating 2001. I would never become anything in Skateboarding and i understood that pretty quick. To become pro in skateboard is just like being pro in any sport. A minuscule % become that good no matter how hard you work. Point is that it just isnt for everyone… And the best thing is to just accept that, accept that you will not be pro, accept that and just have fun
