Das war noch richtige Eisenbahn. Damals hat alles noch top funktioniert. Das kann man von den heutigen Triebwagen nicht mehr so behaupten. Tolle und wertvolle Filme!

Just started watching this ,and another 2 more of these wonderful videos to view in time,OBB 1044 seen arriving at the start with obb eurofima orange and then new Austrian revised livery heading for Wien westbahnof,EC??do we have any ideas which one it is??,I think that the 1044 would come off at nuremburg,before dB traction took over,remember seeing in 1995 at strasbourg EC64/65 Mozart,vienna/klagenfurt-paris est,coming behind dB cl181 electrics double headed,sncf 15000,bo-bo can taking over,2x coaches (strasbourg portion),taken off,fortunately got this on 🎥, dvd also viewed several other named ec trains vauban,Brussels midi-milano centrale,Iris Brussels midi-chur,still got to finish watching this excellent footage yet.

I can't quite remember the EC number but the train is actually heading in the other direction. If I remember correctly it was working from Wien to Köln. The ÖBB loco worked through to Frankfurt HBf. Normally the loco was allocated to Wien Westbahnhof. There is a better shot of the same train to come
