13 posterunek oryginalny was aired 1997 to 1998, so it's old, and often humor there is like jokes: "look at him man dressed as woman, haha" and played on all kinds of stereotypes; you can love it or hate it and nothing in between; and of course by today standards is very offensive and triggering for all snowflakes xD they also have skit on hitler also still waiting for "Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz" from "How i unleashed ww2" (also comedy)

Half of the jokes and allusions in this film cannot be translated: it is a play on words, a reference to Polish pop songs from the past and to historical figures popular in Poland, to the so-called Sienkiewicz's narrative, generally it is sparkling with multi-layered humor (there is pure nonsense, satire, irony, and various other threads). Moreover, the translation into English in the captions under this video is poor, even where something could be easily translated.

Es ist eine weitere Folge von 13. Posterunek unter dem Titel ,,Matura". Dies ist eigentlich eine in sich zusammengeschlossene Miniserie, wo Cezary (der Hauptprotagonist von 13. Posterunek) seine Schwester Agnieszka (dargestellt durch Agnieszka Włodarczyk) auf ihre bevorstehende Abiturprüfung vorbereitet. Es werden die wichtigsten Ereignisse aus der Geschichte spielerisch dargestellt. Im Teil 2. der Miniserie wird der II. WK thematisiert (natürlich mit etwas unerwartetem Twist). Teil vom Humor der Reihe sind auch Wortspiele wie ,,Minister Matolov (UdSSR) und J. v. Ribbentrup", was man als ,,Minister Dummkopf und J. v. Ribbenleiche" übersetzen kann. Wäre interessant zu sehen, was du von so etwas hältst ;-)

Diese Komödie ist schon alt und jetzt würden sie wahrscheinlich ein paar unangenehme Worte weglassen. Außerdem war es eine Comedy-Serie mit einem besonderen Sinn für Humor, ein bisschen wie Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Stary serial TV z lat 90. Kręcony w 1997 roku. To były zupełnie inne czasy... W Polsce ludzie zawsze byli i są tolerancyjni. Nieprawdą są bzdury o rzekomych marszach faszystów i inne obraźliwe kłamstwa. Spotkasz u nas ludzi z całego świata i nikt nikogo nie wyróżnia jako gorszego czy lepszego.

Hallo Chris! „13 Posterunek“ ist eine sehr alberne Komödie. Mir persönlich fällt es schwer, in diesem Film zu lächeln. Ich mag Humor im englischen Stil oder alte polnische Komödien. Ich empfehle den Film „Sexmission“, den es auch auf Deutsch gibt. Grüße aus Hamburg.

Ich mochte, dass es ziemlich gut in die heutige Zeit passt, ohne, dass es die Autoren damals wussten. Ich verstehe, dass es im Kontext der Neunziger ziemlich plump ist (und vermutlich auch nicht wirklich lustig wäre), aber wenn man bedenkt, wie Groß die Debatte heute übers Gendern ist und das nicht nur im Deutschen sondern auch mit den Pronouns im Englischen, macht es das ganze eigentlich schon wieder zu einer fast böhmermannesken Satire :)

Actually the best and most famous Polish comedies, known by everyone and still shown often in Polish TV, were those really old ones, from communist times (from 70-ties and 80-ties of the XXth century). The most known Polish comedy director was Stanisław Bareja. He made a lot of old good comedies, for instance "Poszukiwany, poszukiwana" (in English:"Man - woman wanted", 1972), "Alternatywy 4" (1983), "Zmiennicy"("Alternates", 1987-1988), "Miś" ("Teddy Bear", 1980), and others. Very well known was also a Polish comedy (3 movies): "Jak rozpętałem II Wojnę Światową" ("How I unleashed the Second World War", 1969) - director: Tadeusz Chmielewski, it's a comedy with very famous, often shown on KZbin, scene about "Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz". Another old one comedy cycle (3 movies): "Sami swoi" (in English: "Our folks", 1967), "Nie ma mocnych" ("Take it easy", 1974), "Kochaj albo rzuć" ("Love or leave", 1977) - director: Sylwester Chęciński. Very famous, known by everyone and still shown in TV, is: "Seksmisja" ("Sexmission", 1983) - director: Juliusz Machulski. Also "Nie lubię poniedziałku" ("I don't like Monday", 1971) - director: Tadeusz Chmielewski. The actors playing in these old comedies were really good and known. And these comedies illustrated many absurdities of that times, of communism. However, the jokes there may not be fully understandable for foreigners, not knowing well cultural, historical and societal contexts of that times. Among a bit newer comedies can be mentioned for instance a cycle of three comedy movies: "U Pana Boga za piecem" (the title in English: "In heaven as it is on Earth", 1998), "U Pana Boga w ogródku" ("In God's little garden", 2007), " U Pana Boga za miedzą" ("God's little village", 2009) - director: Jacek Bromski.

I love dark humor (black humor as we call it in German), but I am very cautious to make such jokes on this channel, because we are covering very sensitive topics, where a misunderstood jokes can hurt many people

Like the German guy came to Arnie ( guy who sit behind computer) and asked him what he play ( he played Wolf 3D) and answer was " You killing Germans"(and fun fact - he in this moment killed last boss - wich i believe You all know who it was)". Or When they start metioning black guy and "Cezary" say " He is not black, it's fault of the light operator" and then light went straight on him. Sorry for my english and best regards.

i don't really get why 13 posterunek is so popular with foreign reaction channels, i mean i don't mind the slightly outdated sense of humor, but it relies heavily on wordplay and cultural inside jokes. in this clip alone there was already a reference to a 70s pop song and a 15th century war that go over everyone's head because they're simply untranslatable. or like the awkward way the translator tried to convey the similarity of the polish word for "freak" and "vaccine"... or anything at all tbh lol i guess it's just because people reupload it with english subs and it's easily googleable

So....Dissident sounds similar to vaccine in Polish, so the hero wants to save the situation when he expressed himself racistly and... then he gets into even more confusion. There are little people of color in Poland, so we do not notice the sensitivity of people of color, these words are completely unrelated to them. Color in Poland is often synonymous with attractions, something exciting. We have other strange problems...."Zawisza Czarny (BLACK)" - mentioned in the argument, was an iconic Polish medieval knight who may have had a black beard (not skin), but bravely fought at Grunwald in 1410 with the Teutonic Knights, who in Poland are identified (wrongly) with Germans. A policeman dreams of shooting Nazis, and in Poland and in movies we use loud German sometime to... scare people, really :)) We have a good memory- still remember how Turkey attacked us 400 years ago...:)) We have a racist legend about a heroine who she jumped into the Vistula because the king wanted to marry her off to a German. And the funniest thing: women in Poland laugh at crazy feminists, ladies have quite a good position in Poland... :)) The theater of the absurd is funny!

Very bad translation...Odszczepieniec cannot be translated to "different" but rather renegade (in Poland it means literally un-vaccinated(someone who is against normal rules). And Kolorowe Jarmarki is popular polish song(colorful markets).You have to understand context of this jokes...

I don't really want to live in Germany later because of the weather. Unfortunatelly the winter isn't really better in Poland, I visited South East Asia and loved the weather there. But I surely want to travel to Poland some day :)

Die besten Comedy-Serien und Komödien wurden damals zu kommunistischen Zeiten gemacht - Zwar nicht alles aber das Meiste was nach 1990 gedreht wurde gefällt mir nicht besonders - Ist oft kitschig, billig. Von neuen Serien kann ich "1670" empfehlen - Ist auch auf englisch und auf deutsch gemacht 🙂
