MidgaardDragon I can share the Z4 if you’d like? It probably won’t work too well for online adventures I’m afraid, as high speed grip is where it sort of falls behind. It might be serviceable though, and it’ll definitely be fine if you’re running more point-and-shoot circuits.

For a fast cars like S1, you should probably increase amount of laps. Or better just add more restrictions, S1 class with mixed tracks and only stock tires or only RWD. Basically need to create more opportunity for mistakes, S1 class cars have too much grip otherwise.

Alex I think if s1 is ever raced again it might be better being a points championship, idk I think it could work well, with it being full tarmac and the way the grid spreads out.

The relative jump in performance of A1 to S1 is huge compared to B1 to A1. Makes for less exciting racing IMO.

Lets keep in mind it is not always top speed that decides a race. In a route with a lot of corners it is the one that can go around corners faster that will typically be better.

I find s1+ races tend to be a lot more sloppy, it seems to get to a point with most cars, where the PI goes up because you keep adding power, but the car goes beyond the grip it has with power. And when that happens, cars tend to become harder to drive, people tend to rely on the power more than skill in corners, and people depend on just maxing out the downforce, pin the throttle, and hope for the best

In response to using race tires and some cars being funny. On online adventure I use a Bugatti eb110 with the veyron engine in it. Four wheel drive 1000+ hp and plenty of downforce. Tires are stock tho.

RWD in S1 is not a problem at all, if you use a car built for it. Most of the modern Porsche for example are just as easy built to S1 class with no Aero as A class as RWD. A perfect example is the 2019 Carrera S which is one of the best S1 cars in the game. RWD.

S2 would work better as you can regulate it as the max is 998 whereas X class could have a car barely into X or deep deep into x. I would like to see it though

It's not about good racing, it's about chaos that would unveil ;D I completly understand that X class is broken and there is next to no way of controlling the set up. But that's the fun part. I wouldn't expect a full on serious racing, more like a one off thing (;

The Porsche 917 was a brave choice. Only way I've had that sort of work is when I build it for absolute max power with low level tyres. Building for handling doesnt seem to work
