He claimed to the arbiter that his opponent had used two hands to promote the queen, which is not prohibited, I think.

In the 1st game G. captured his opponent’s pawn illegally…the pawn was right beside his and G. moved his pawn diagonally into an unoccupied square and took his opponent’s pawn off the board…

At 19 minutes he cheated again and got called out… lost the game.

So G.’s opponent did the same thing with his pawn at 50:55…so apparently it is legal!
