Saleh really played ok even though strategically his game is not well thought. He played a poditional opening then isolated his middle pawn which created a pain to keep it alive. Towards the end he made a blunder by making a desperate move unthoughtful in 31:30. He moved the wrong pawn which cost him the game. He moved b4 pawn. What he should pushed instead to keep the pressure and alive is h pawn wedget it all the way to blacks throat h5 that will prevent black from ever moving pawn f file to harass white queen off light diagonal so he can go back and win white rook. After that the game is over.

Bad opening. Then saleh made a few blunders including the isolation of center pawn. He thought he was going to hurt magnus by isolating his pawn and miscalculated the progress that magnus introduced intermidiate bishop takes knight. Later he started to run out of options as magnus wasnt making any mistakes saleh got frustrated and started to make mistakes

I didnt mean to say bad opening. But rather bad choice for an opening aganst a stronger player. Positional opening aganst someone well versed in it. He is really good and can have a better rating. He needs to work on strategy and prepare better strats against players. But he has the mental capacity.
