must be a German thing. My (German) mom rarely cared about what others thought of things she did. When she couldn't fit her deceased mother's bathrobe in her luggage when we were flying back home to the US and was told she couldn't carry it on she just put the bathrobe on over her clothes so she could bring it with her. I have a picture of her at the airport wearing that bathrobe.

don’t worry about “making fun” of the various English accents, Mike. As an American born Italian, Super Mario Brothers is the most racist crap I’ve ever seen…but I also love it. It’s great to know how the Japanese feel about Italian plumbers. 😂 “It’s-a-me”, Mario! WTF is that!!?? edit: as a personal trainer of over 20 years, if you ACTUALLY want to lose fat, eat WAY MORE PROTEIN, and cut out the starch. No pasta, rice, potatoes, etc…in other words, no “peasant” food. Fruits, honey, cruciferous vegetables, and LOTS of beef and/or chicken. Also, supplement your diet with protein powders. If you have good insurance, get your bloodwork checked, and find out what kind of vitamins and minerals you’re deficient in, and take steps to remedy that. Hormones play a GIANT role in this, and you want them to be healthy and in balance. Peace.

This is an interesting place for repeat videos and interviews. La Brea Tar Pits too. Los Angeles has a lot of overlooked interesting architecture..... Some interiors still echo the Art Deco aesthetic of the "Golden Era" of movies. ie El Rey theatre

Congratulations Mike on the progress you've made with your health over the last year. It's wonderful when you see visable signs of your efforts. If you can get a good deal I'd love it if you could go back to Germany to be with your mom around the holidays. I love seeing you back in Germany around Christmas visiting with your mom and I know if would bring joy to her heart to be with you. Would love to see a video of her making a traditional Christmas meal if she is up to that kind of thing. I also love seeing your mom because she reminds me so much of my mom. Guess it's just a German mother thing.

I have been really sick for two months. I have a really bad immune system. So I don't think I will be doing much celebrating, plus most of my family are out of state. I hope you have a blessed one. Someone bought me a gift of learning the German Language. My Great Grandma came to the US from Germany with her sisters after the first World WAR and I miss hearing her speak German with her Sisters when they visited. Hey Mr. GIV. Ask your tax accountant, but because you are a youtube content creator and make you money from producing videos....a good portion of what you do can be considered "tax-deductible". So buying plane tickets to destinations that you put in your youtube videos can be partially tax deductible. And buying passes to places that you produce videos....may be partially tax deductible. Check with your tax accountant to verify. I live in a foreign country and go back to the U.S. 4 times a year. My flight is also 10-12 hours total flight time. Get an aisle seat so you can get up every hour without bothering anyone. The flight time is not so bad. And I am about your age (52 years old). Merry Christmas to you, Mr. GIV.
