Very useful video. I need a clarification on FRV . Please respond. I recently moved to Munich and started working (in probation). As of now staying alone in Studio apartment 36 square metres. My family(wife and 2 kids) are in India. I'm facing difficulty in finding a bigger apartment which in turn delay initiating FRV because I'm not meeting the minimum 13 square meters per person requirment. Will German consulate reject my application if I initiate FRV with 36 square meters itself ? Meanwhile, by the time my family arrives I will ensure I will have a big apartment for their KVR process here. Thanks

Hello sir, in VFS Global under the visa category There is no such category called Dependent. We only have below options to choose. 1.Employment 2.Family Reunion 3.Guest Scientist/Research 4.Student Visa 5. Schengen Visa

@@Sourabhgkulkarni Ideally if the spouse is living in Germany for more than 6 months then it should be family reunification visa but I saw some cases where people applied for FRV without 6 months completion and the visa got approved

I am also facing the same issue. It is not clear weather we need to have separate appointments for dependens, if you have booked Employment visa (blue card zav, + dependents ) Will appreciate if you share it with me as well in case you get it clarified.

Yes the dependent’s can apply on the same time. The visa category should be dependent visa

Mam mere husband as a researcher nxt week ja rhe hai.. he want ki pehle main jake ghr vgera arrange krlu taki beti or mjhe koi problem na ho.. Please clear my doubts mam 1) kya main aapni or aapni 2 yrs ki beti appointment lelu ? 2) kya 3 months ki salary slip jruri hai means 1 month ya 2 month ki nhi chlegi husband ki ? Contract hai mere pass unka 3) Appointment kitni jldi mil jati hai ? 4) or appointment hone ke baad kb tk visa aa jata hai ? Please reply ,, we are worried as daughter choti hai, we need hum bhi jldi chle jaye husband ke pass.

Hello, yaha hum personal suggestion dena chahte hai for your questions- 1) I think jab aapke husband ka city registration ho jaye then aap appointment le sakte ho 2) no need for 3 salary slips Contract chal jayega kyuki aapke aapke husband ke job utani hui hai (lekin ye completely depend hai embassy pe but we dont think that would be an issue) 3) current situation me 2 3 months bhi lag sakte hai appointment milne ke liye 4) after appointment again situation pe 1 2 months lag sakte hai ya kabhi 3 month bhi lagte hai

Hello sir, I have one question regarding visa fees payment -DD I have blue card work visa appointment scheduled at Mumbai centre.. What should be the name on DD , as per mentioned on vfs website is shows as : “Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mumbai” But the bank ppl say ,it’s not possible to put such a long name in DD as there is characters length restrictions .. What should I do in such case.. could you please help me with the name you mentioned on ur DD for visa fees . Thanks

You can ask them to remove the , (comma) in the name and then I guess it will work. But if it still didn’t work then ask them to write the remaining name with hand on DD and get it signed and stamped by the branch manager

Hello Yes you can bring on dependent’s visa while you are on student visa

Hi. Recently I have completed my dependent visa interview along with my kid at Chennai German Consulate. They said visa will get within 15 working days. They took our passports. Is this normal that they will take our passports. My Doubt is ,after returning the passports -will they be visa printed in it OR do I need to again book appointment for D-visa stamping.

Usually when they take your passport they will give it back to you with visa stamped on it.
