+Julchen Beilshmidt I guess...cause of the fact japanese have a faible for germany they give a little bit more passion i making the songs :D with this song in particular I think they showed the feelings of the Germans after 2 lost Wars when they felt lonely in the world, the lyrics show this very good. Also the History of Germany is in many cases studded with isolation and other countries hating the Germans. Also It shows the wish of the Germans to get seen by others not as nazis and the wish to be accepted as the strong nation we are, a nation with nice people and not get called nazis and stuff. That's just my interpretation with the knowledge of a German who has gone through many harsh discussions about his country in the past. Also with knowledge of some things happend after the war that wasn't really gentleman like as what the allies call themselves nowadays

I came to break some hearts. The song is obviously dedicated to Prussia, you just have to pay attention to the lyrics and the name "Einsamkeit-1947" (1947, the year of the dissolution of Prussia) Now imagine America going to Germany's house to tell him that Prussia was dissolved. when a country ceases to exist, its personification dies, he thinks that Gilbert is dead, when in fact he is still alive, but he doesn't know that because Russia wouldn't tell him because they are enemies. I like this song because its kind of like my personality, which is a combination of Germany and Russia. Now to what you were saying about Germany and hate. Germany did not start WWI, it was the Serbians by the assassination of the Archduke, who was an idiot and went out after the first time they tried to kill him. The Germans just like everyone on the other side went with the whole I'll help the one that has an allience with me. Meaning Austria-Hungary, Germany, etc and Serbia and the rest, you should know this. WWII, was started by the Germans, but if we look into maybe the 3-5 episode where Germany speaks of paying reparations, they were accused with out starting the war. Having to pay all of it they did something stupid and printed too much money, making the value drop to nothing. He was vulnerable at the time people need an outlet, Hitler took advantage of this. While the Holocust accounts are something one SHOULD read you should also look into the perspective of those that did and did not agree with it. I am not saing these people were saints or that it was okay for this to happen, but it already happened, you cant take it back, even if millions want that. Take into account all the reason and then make an opinion. That does not make it anywhere near right, but neither does it make it wrong. This is humanity and THAT is a messed up thing.
