It purely depends on VFS availability sister.. when you get VfS appointment and document submission is successful then u ll get visa within 15 working days. From company side,they will help.in getting the appointment slots and with the documentation process..

Really good video, all minute details have been presented. Regarding the confirmation of the visa appointment for blue card category for Germany, first come first serve policy is used by the vfs right ? Then how come some people are getting visa appointments earlier than others ?

I also contacted the vfs customer care, they have mentioned that it is first come first serve policy followed once the slots are available but however the slots are made available to all the people who are waitlisted irrespective of the time they have waited which is actually unfair because a person who is waited for 2 months could be competing with person who is waitlisted for only few weeks and this is how someone is getting earlier appointments than others.

@@OnlineHub360 Yes, Unfortunately I’m experiencing the same as well with the Vfs. The Earlier waitlisted candidates must be given priority according to me when the slots are available and also they should check with the German embassy to provide an estimated date about when the slots will be made available. This will make our life much easier and at least we can give provide tentative dates to the companies in Germany. With the current process it is impossible to provide tentative dates which most of the companies request for.

Family reunion visa is for spouse and you need to carry the same set of documents as your hubby and additionally u need to take covering letter. A1 is not mandatory .u can learn when your are here in germany..

Hi.. if you are trying for job seeker visa I am not sure about police clearance and apostille..but any how bank statements are needed for any case of visa process.... if your birth certificate, marriage certificate,etc are in English..then no need of apostille... and I hope they won't push so.much for police clearance..(please check.this point with embassy)

Hi Sir, There is a checklist item which I have doubt , "Proof of qualification and experience certificates for future employment in Germany" - what is this , experience certificates are fine , proof of qualification - is this academic degree , Also - the documents which our employer needs to provide like "Declaration regarding a contract of employment” " , how long before they provided you , because my appointment is in a week and the HR is on vacation , can this be generated within a day or two by the HR which she is back or I need to reschedule the appointment , - The HR is unreachable so i am asking you.

Hi Sir, On the checklist item "Certificate about compulsory health insurance" --- I was given a Provisional Certificate of Membership from a vendor which was coordinated by the employer. Is this enough - Also the date mentioned is the Start date of employment - But i will reach there 3 days earlier . So that means do I need to apply for separate insurance for those 3 days. Or since this is just a provisional one - I can ask them to udpate the date. How is this usually followed.
