Hi,I have paid for the Aps certificate through offline mode and the Payment Status is pending yet and I have received the Confirmation mail from Aps that My account was Created and it was Activated.Can I still Send the Documents with Application form having pending status on it or Wait till it gets confirmed?

Hey , I applied in mid feb and I got payment completed on my portal but this would happen a month ago but I did not got my aps

Apparently based on the email from aps officials, the processing time has increased and it might take some time.
