There are too many categories, exceptions, and other complications involved in the immigration process. The government needs to revamp and streamline the entire process.

Are the people that come to visit "tracked " to make sure they go home?
@michaelvaughn37034 жыл бұрын
Probably not. Your ancestors weren’t tracked and sent “home” because y’all are still here in my people’s native land. But when are you going back to Europe though?

My father is in the US and i am in Pakistan and i am under 18 can i immigrat on my fathers citizenship plz rply
@dickeygswold58714 жыл бұрын
If your father is a US Citizen, naturalized or an LPR he can petition for you by filing and I-130, Petition for Alien Relative form on the USCIS website. You will still need to go through the vetting process of course and it may be harder to get you here depending on your marital status or if you have any dependents in Pakistan. I would also bring these questions to your local Consular office or US Embassy. Just be prepared, you may have a harder time depending on your country of citizenship. Good luck

What is visa?
@animateeducate38516 жыл бұрын
"A citizen of a foreign country who seeks to enter the United States generally must first obtain a U.S. visa, which is placed in the traveler’s passport, a travel document issued by the traveler’s country of citizenship. Certain international travelers may be eligible to travel to the United States without a visa if they meet the requirements for visa-free travel. Note: U.S. citizens don’t need a U.S. visa for travel, but when planning travel abroad may need a visa issued by the embassy of the country they wish to visit." travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/frequently-asked-questions/what-is-us-visa.html
