@@critterjon4061 Jamshid Sharmahd was responsible for the deaths of 14 people in a mosque terrorist attack back in 2008 and revealed classified information about Iran's Revolutionary Guard missile sites. So he was not just a terrorist but a spy as well. Not sure how Germany is surprised that he was executed. Basically, Western countries are hypocrites. They would have condemned his actions easily if he didn't have German nationality but since he had German nationality and was spying on Iran, they defended him knowingly that he was a terrorist.

The man an Iranian executed in Iran for allegedly leading a US-based group that committed deadly terrorist attacks in Iran to forcibly revert the country to a monarchy. He also held German citizenship, but I do not think this should strain relations between the two countries so much. His family says he was only a spokesperson for the terrorists while the Iranian court thought it was proven that he was personally responsible for planning some attacks.

Yes, it is legal. For example, just think if someone is born with a German parent and a Iranian parent, then they will have both nationalities. Also there was a new migration law that just passed so a foreigner migrating to Germany doesn't have to give up their original citizenship.

No lawyers were allowed in the courtroom and all paperwork , including such as discovery, was created by mentioned member of such religious believe. The people of Iran deserve better.
