You can only get into a university after finishing the course /preparatory course/studienkolleg and appearing for the exam. There are a lot of variables depending on you field, location of the city, type of city, etc. For example, you may find many startups in Berlin, there are more chances to get a job in finance in Frankfurt, IT jobs are almost everywhere in a big city. The salaries are also very different in terms of the location of the city for the same job and profile.

Both. Please check Daad website for relevant courses for you. For Bachelors you cannot get admission directly, it depends on which board did you study. For example if you are from CBSE or ICSE board then you need to take 1 year preperatory program in Germany and then apply for Bachelors.

Yes, if you are doing 1st year bachelor in India with excellent grades and if your German language marks are also good, so the blocked account Is no longer needed. 2nd education loan, you can get education loan if you have collateral because non collateral loan is always given when you're in job and pursuing masters This are two ways While blocked account is also a same problem of mine
