house on a loan is not your house, untill you pay the last EMI just miss couple of EMI, you will see who actually owns the house.

We didnt go with zero money, we paid 20.5%. Dont have PR, one can buy even without PR if bank allows. Reasonable locations depends on your capacity and research while doing the house search. My home is 40km from Frankfurt, well connected by public transport.

Did you use scenario 2 for buying home ? Like 12% you paid and loan for 100% ?

No, in short there is a scenario 3, which is not at all related to zero money. We paid 20.5% including downpayment and 11.57%. I will explain this in another video in detail.

Depends on the size of the property and its location. City centre is very expensive, you will only find it in millions.

I dont do one to one consultation because I have not studied in Germany. You will have to take 1 year preperatory course (studienkolleg) in germany and then after clearing that exam, you will be eligible to apply for Bachelor's first year program. Find all details on Daad website related to universities, application procedure and guidelines. So check for suitable studienkolleg first and apply for that.

Correct, isliye video banai hai maine because humne bhi zero money ka options select nahi kia. There are still people who still go with this option. Ye service available hai market me and people are still interested.
