Couple fun facts to learn more. - Rugal in MSD has air detection, so he will use Genocide Cutter as a dedicated anti-air, which will destroy even heaviest aerial units in 2 hits. - Rugal's Dark Reflector does reflect anything that counts as a projectile, even boss attacks, but he can't block any hitscan attacks, like melee, flamethrowers, laser etc.

Rugal, brutal as well 🤩🤩 MSD Is really different in terms of playthrough than MSA (and my godness that animations for rugal!), require more strategies for the victory

You can, actually. It's little buggy, as you might need to return to home and back to the app to continue the download in some cases, but it's still fully functional. I heard that some people can even play Online and Co-Op modes, but I wasn't that lucky, unfortunately, as I met only official SNK bots. And happy holidays to you as well!

It is available in "Boss version" of the world map. Once at Mission/Map menu, swap the map from default to alternative and then swap it two times to the right to choose the 3rd variant. In the middle of it, there will be a KoF stage, marked by a red hexagon with KoF symbol on it. When clearing any stage, you have a random low chance of finding a Rugal invitation, which will unlock the Rugal fight.
