I don’t expect trials to be easy, I just expect it to be fair. It’s the most competitive game mode in the game with no SBMM. There are matchups I get into that just should not be happening. Easy 5-0 and easy 0-5 just should not be happening in a competitive mode like this

Trials with sbmm makes no sense. The end goal is to win 7 straight games. With sbmm the winrates would ideally be 50% because each team is equally matched. Barely anyone would devote enough time to actually make it flawless with a 50% winrate per game. Everybody would complain, and being skilled at the game would not be rewarded because your lobbies would still be around a 50% win probability. Sbmm only belongs in comp tied to a rank and mmr.

After you clear it and get your encryption key, run the Excision mission for a guarenteed red border from the raid. So you can get 3 red borders guarenteed for your first run of the week and more if you get good rng

You gotta be apart of tue streams, listen for raffles. As long as you are a conistent listener. You'll get chosen eventually. Or, better yet. Keep the stream pulled up on mute, rack up carrots and start tryna bid. This way will take you quite a while, but much more gaurenteed.

For years I got told play 6's, get comfortable with a few different weapons, learn the maps etc. Then once you're feeling comfortable move to Comp etc etc. I can absolutely say try getting into a Clan or just organise scrims with other players that want to get better & 1 or 2 that are higher level players. You can mess around, take your time exploring maps & have the higher level players show you sightlines, shoot you from angles etc. Then once you're there? You just start increasing the intensity. It does help! Am I Jake levels? God no 😄 Am I waaaaaay better? Absolutely!

You can man, it just takes time. Just stick with a loadout, get good at it and then keep watching pros like Jake to learn how to engage in combat better. Trials is all about positioning and playing with your teamates tbh. I'd suggest Red Death since its in the season pass, gives a damage bonus when you get hit with damage, has built in heal clip and will two burst. Get the new pale heart shotgun crafted with threat detector/opening shot and just get used to the play style. You'll be pulling up that kd in no time mate
