A beautiful rendition of a song I learned in Irish in primary school almost 60 years ago.

Your playing and singing is wonderful. This is a different variation on the tune than the one I've just been introduced to today through a friend's social media share.

Truly beautiful music Ger, you are an inspiration. Would you mind sharing what microphones do you use for vocals and guitar?

Brilliant. I love listening to Ger. Never heard this in English before. Maith thú. Fíor-mhaith. An-cheol go deo. (I prefer if it hadn’t been translated but that doesn’t take away from a brilliant rendition).

Might be the greatest folk music voice of today, but sadly 90% of his songs are not uptempo. He's missing a much bigger audience.
