I loved Jane Horrocks in this. I liked her in the early episodes of AbFab, but as the seasons went by her character "Bubbles" went from being cute to just stupid and slapstick.

She was brilliant in Little Voice. A shame Nirvana Crane was not considered as a possible replacement for Rimmer in Series 7.

A shame Jane Horrocks was not considered or offered to be Rimmer's replacement in Series 7. I could imagine in Series 7, Nirvana would be forced to abandon the Holoship when something terrible occurs to the Holoship along with it's crew and Nirvana starts a new life aboard Starbug.

One thing I've never quite understood about this episode is why the Holoship captured Rimmer in the first place if they already had a full crew on board.
