Maybe in a few years time when you're a bit older you'll stop rifling through your mum's vinyls and cds and be able develop your own taste in music. Or maybe you'll just stay in line and continue to follow everyone else. Either way I don't care because you are irrelevant and John Lennon is still shite.

AyeeDee87 wee man you've been told to like John Lennon. If you're content to like the music your maw and whatever dreg she drags back from the pub at at 1am then that's absolutely fine. Don't create your own opinions, you'd probably be too embarrassed to try defend them and face ridicule about them if you did. So stay in line with the rear. Like I said you are irrelevant. Just go back to stealing tobacco out your mum's pouch so you can sit up in your room with your two pals listening to the Beatles with a tiny bit of hash greeting about how you are born in the wrong era.

Chelsea Cooper Chelsea your cool. You near Detroit? That’s the coolest city in the world for me. Take care, we’re all lost. But I do love Gerry Cinnamon from my hometown, Glasgow which is the Scottish Detroit. xx

I’m in Canada and have never heard of Gerry Cinnamon until an Irish friend turned me on to his music. Listened to The Bonny album from start to finish and afterwards listened to it again. ❤

Stumbled in this videos 4 years ago by chance while I was living in Dortmund. I saw the light, mate. I told my wife I just saw something exceptional. Got the album and up we were driving to Cologne to see him live. Life changing. No jokes.

Love a bit of Gerry. Refresshing and as a Glasweigian born and bread that's lived away 30 years or more, really loving the banter.

God how good is this urban poet on a guitar!!! I am 50 and used to go concerts all the time when I was In my 20s…. He carries on the best traditions of my youth…. Just embarrassed I first heard his songs at my son’s last day at primary school in Kilsyth…I was half sleeping at the pretentious mothers watching their wee lassie weans dancing and doing gymnastics and she is a dancer came on!!! Brilliant… I went straight out and bought both albums!!! Hero poet!!!

I went to a DMA's concert in Brisbane, Aust late last year. This bloke sitting next to me was Scottish and had a Jerry Cinnamon T-Shirt on. Told me I needed to check him out, so I took a photo of his shirt and went home and looked him up..........................Best thing I ever did, never stopped listening to him since!! I would love to buy that bloke a beer for putting Jerry on my radar, he knows who he is!!
