Glad the baler working good 👍 I was told to (if light crop) drive 10meter pickup on left then move over 10 metres on right and then 10 in middle keep doing that it gills camber evenly if you weave to fast it doesn't fill properly Great drone footage 👍

Gerry. Have been thinking of the issue from your last video. There will always be folks who try to bring us all down. Part of life, could have happened even if you were not on you tube. Jealousy is around us every day and can feel very personal when we are subjected to it. But you are on you tube and it’s all part of it. Do not stop. Keep goin. You have a huge amount to give. Never knew about the plumbin.

Would u consider a rake Gerry. Speed up the baling a lot and you would have a much better solid even bale. I used always bale of the mower until I bought a rake. There a great job. Good work done on the feeder. It pay’s to have your own equipment for repairs.
@raymondrobinson89974 жыл бұрын
I find the opposite....we get a better packed bale off a 10 foot sward as the Baler gets time to roll the thinner layers and therefore less air.....even a 20f row is too deep and full of air for the baler to take in and roll tight. Speed isn't the most important thing when baling in my opinion!!

We purchased a Redrock 14M3 Tub feeder for a second farm as the one there had its day and we panicked. So many flaws. Expected so much better from Redrock since their other stuff is Fantastic. We purchased at a worse time as no dealers kept any new ones in stock only the Redrock. ☹️

Had you much setting up to do with the round baler after you got it Gerry, or was it just hook it on and go?
@gerry64204 жыл бұрын
Not much hassle getting it going. We changed a few of the roller bearings and put new chain on it. That was it. Just getting used to it. Made 15 bales 5 weeks ago and they weren’t great. Bit soft. Was kinda a silage dummy run. But I have setting up now much better. Made great bales this time. Like any machine. Need to use it few times just to get your head around it.
