@haleyslight it's absolutely horrible. Start feeling sick and shaking and all that. Found if I listen to music and really concentrate on the lyrics it helps. I'd suggest making a playlist with all your favorite songs on it. Like songs you REALLY LOVE. Listen to the lyrics really closely and maybe even close your eyes and breath in deeply. It does help to a degree. Maybe it over focuses your mind so you can't really think about much. I have a deep fear that someone is going to try and kill me or my kids. When I'm picking them up I literally stand with my back to the wall so no one can get in behind me. Trying to get to the bottom of it because it's not something I've every experienced before. Experienced something horrific a couple of years ago, kicked off really bad depression and I think the anxiety was part of that. Always suffered with mental health. Have you spoken to any health care professionals?
