1) being loved ( simple gerund - Passive form ) 2) being disrespected ( simple gerund - passive form ) 3) having lost ( perfect gerund - active form ) Sir, are the following sentences correct? ---- 1) I am not upset about losing the job anymore. 2) I am not upset about my losing the job anymore. Simple gerund ---- 4) We understood the lesson after teaching by the teacher ( active ) . 5) We understood the lesson after being taught by the teacher ( passive ) . Perfect gerund --- 6) We understood the lesson after having taught by the teacher ( active ) . 7) We understood the lesson after having been taught by the teacher ( passive ) . Sir, then we can't write such a sentence normally ? --- The boy was angry for his friend's humiliating in the college . Even if we know the fact who did this. Thanks.

স্যার, Right Forms of Verb -এ এই দুটি প্রশ্ন দেখুনতো একবার। দুটো উত্তর বুঝতে পারছি না। (১) I _____ (have not seen, did not see) him since we _____ (have left, left) college. (২) Ever since my brother _____ (went, has gone) to that school he ______ (made, has made) good progress. (১) নম্বরের উত্তরগুলো বলেছে যথাক্রমে have not seen ও left. কিন্তু (২) নম্বরের উত্তরগুলো স্যার বলেছে has gone ও made. (১) নম্বরে বোঝানোর সময় স্যার বলছে since এরপরে simple past tense বসাতে। ঠিক আছে এটা আমি মেনে নিলাম। কিন্তু (২) নম্বর বাক্যতে ever since থাকার জন্য স্যার বলছে Present perfect tense. কিন্তু কেন? এটাও তো simple past tense হওয়ার কথা। তাহলে কি Since ও ever since এর মধ্যে পার্থক্য আছে? একটু দয়া করে বুঝিয়ে দিন স্যার কোন মতে বুঝতে পারছি না। উত্তরগুলো কেন এরকম করেছে? 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
