Bc they aren’t real fans of the sport, just fans of who they like. If you’re a fan of the sport you know records from Bud Crawford ALL THE WAY DOWN TO Eric Walker Jr. A lot of ppl don’t even know who that is. Another guy I like, Brandon Edwards. Ppl dk who that is. Imma student of the game, I’m in love with boxing. And ppl love to say “Tank hasn’t fought anyone” that’s bull, but bc they dk the guys he fought they assume he hasn’t fought anyone. Tank has a impressive resume’, very impressive. No one could do to Leo Santa Cruz what Tank did to him. Santa Cruz is another Pitbull Cruz in the eyes of die hard boxing fans. I’m not gonna go down the list bc I’ve alrdy written you a book, but Tank has been fighting tough opposition since he signed to Floyd. Go back and watch Tanks first 5 fights with TMT Promotions. Floyd purposely put him in there with guys that had not much skill or athleticism, but heart and solid chins. Tank was hitting those guys with everything but the kitchen sink and they were still coming forward. Floyd purposely did that bc he knew Tank was special and he could handle it. Had he put those same 5 guys in front of Rolly early on, Rolly would’ve never made it this far. Because even though those fighters weren’t A list fighters they came to win and they had hearts of a lion and a chin of steal. On top of that, they had crazy endurance. Just those 3 things alone would’ve discouraged guys like Rolly, Chris Colbert and Amir Imam. Once they seen they couldn’t hurt these guys by throwing everything they had at them, their confidence would’ve went away and they would’ve became fatigued and discouraged. That’s never happened to Tank even when he wasn’t discipline the way he is now. Tank is special and it’s horrible how casual boxing fans don’t give him the credit he deserves. Casual boxing fans aren’t that into boxing where they would take time outta their day to go back and watch Tanks fights in the very beginning, reason being him fighting nobody’s is their “so called” reason why they downplay is achievements today. Even though that is far from the truth.

I’ve been watching Tank since day one and I must say I seen him in there with guys nobody knows and these dudes were taking Tanks brick hand better than the top guys y’all love so much. Tank was hitting C level fighters with everything he had and they were still standing right there in front of him. Avila was supposedly a C level fighter and Tank was punishing this kid, shattered his 👃🏻 and all. But this dude was so tough that the ref had to stop the fight after Tank delivered 5 monstrous uppercuts in a row. Even after that the man still didn’t fall. The ref had to save him and this was early early on in Tanks career. So early that Adrien Broner was still undefeated at this time. Edit: oh btw, those same C level guys he fought early on and ruined, they weren’t only on their feet eating punched, they were also fighting back. That takes guts (a heart), chin, endurance. (Stamina) and also the will to win. Which makes for a dangerous opponent if you’re lacking at least one of these qualities (attributes) as a fighter.

If Shakur Stevenson believes he's the A side vs Gervonta "Tank" Davis he should be tested for CTE because there's no reason for him to believe he's the A side in anyway against Tank. Tank is the A side against all of them right now; being the A side shouldn't even be negotiable for Tank, it should be a take it or leave it; Tank doesn't need Shakur. Shakur hasn't really done anything yet, if Tank gives him an opportunity he better not play games, beating Tank would make him the Top Dog and A side moving forward. When Floyd fought Oscar, Floyd was the B side, even though he had an amazing resume himself but he had to humble himself. Shakur better humble himself and be willing to take no less than 35% and be the B side on the lead up to the fight, unless he really doesn't believe he can beat Tank.
