this deserves many clicks, also I like saying it like this: "GesaffelSHHtein" AVAA!

Gesaffelstein is one of the four French House gods imo, alongside Daft Punk, Justice and Mr. Oizo. I’d love to hear your opinion on Oizo one day (if he ever feels like releasing more music instead of films)

AVAA! My favorite subgenre of electronic music is EBM and I have Gessa to thank for that. And even through all my discoveries of EBM artists that came before him, I’m still most drawn to Gessa. His music is so atmospheric, dark, punchy, and sensual. A master of the craft

OK, I went and listened to four tracks. DM? I hear it. I hear Front 242, too, hard. Even both have a song called Tyranny. PIG (Raymond Watts) in there? COIL? I'd say certes.

AVAA! I wish I could’ve gotten as much out of this album as you. This was genuinely one of my most anticipated releases this year and it was unfortunately really underwhelming. I’ve listened to Depeche Mode and I’m not too huge of a fan of them in all honesty. I liked the techno parts fine enough but they were all too short for my liking. This whole album was too short.

I went CRAZY about this album, it sounds like G drew up a symphony then deconstructed it to its core components. The visuals were pure 70's Italian fascist dystopia *on crack*. The cold wave bit was a surprise though?
