Hello from Lakeland Florida - a city once known as the Citrus Capitol of the world. (Although, not so today) . I love cooked citrus rinds, peels. I suppose this could be made with grapefruit, limes or tangerines also. Seems like a good recipe, however, this is hardly a "Dessert in 5 minutes" and when it comes to cooking citrus peelings it will never be done in 5 minutes. They will need to boil much longer than 5 minutes. Thanks for the video - this is something to try.
