Лучший новогодний десерт называется"Нах киш". Его готовят в Германии. Вкуснее я ничего не ела. 250 г. сыра маскарпоне,250г. сливочного творожного сыра,250г. сметаны или сливок,200г сахарной пудры или1/2 банки сгущенки. Все взбить в миксере. 400г. овсяного печенья измельчить в крошку. Закладывать слоями,можно в кольце:1.печенье.2.крем.3. мягкие фрукты или ягоды(виноград,банан,клубника,персик,мандарин). Я делала с виноградом,моим гостям очень понравилось. Все слои повторить. Последний слой крем,сверху посыпать тёртым шоколадом. Даст фору любому торту.

Не надо в апельсиновый сок добавлять крахмал и тем более муку,они убивают прелесть апельсина,особенно мука,добавьте в качестве загустителя агар-ага вкусу апельсина он не повредит.

5 minute recipe that takes 8 minutes of video. Bring milk to heat with flour in it, that's 5 minutes right there. Melt in butter, another 4 minutes or so. Cook till thickened, another 4 minutes. Pour and spread another 4 minutes~. Cool down, 1 hour. Mash and drain your oranges, 10 minutes. Heat and thicken with flour and sugar, 15 minutes. Chill 2 hours. Overall time, about 3 1/2 hours~.
