Day 1: 2 rounds (no pause) + one more round after workout (no pause) Day 2: 3 rounds (no pause) -this is a big improvement and I am honestly surprised because I've done this workout before 2 times but only 1 rounds and/or 2 and with 2 brakes (pauses) in between. Let's get it tommorrow on day 3!!!

Should I do muscle ups on pull days or should I do it on every training day, like do you see it as skill work. Because right now, I can only do one muscle so I struggle to get consecutive reps.

We need sugar. That’s how we fuel our body. Too much of it can place us in a caloric surplus and gain weight yes. But small amounts is fine. All comes down to calories at the end of the day. If you only ate one slice of cake everyday for a week you will still lose weight. Just because it has sugar doesn’t mean you will gain weight. The amount of calories you consume in a day effects your weight

@@weblahs87 but did you see some improvements in your abs (definition, strenght, endurance) in those 13 days that you exercised? And how many rounds did you do per day? In the video it says one for begginer, two for intermediate and 3 if you are advanced. I did 2 rounds yesterday and I wanted to know if this 30 day workout really works for the abs and if it is efficient. Because I am planning to do it for 30 days to see the results.

Everything in moderation my friend. I don’t drink cow milk and reduce my dairy consumption. However with small amounts of meat in my diet I feel personally I perform best. I’ve tried being vegan for a month. There’s no one plan fits all

@@AbnormalBeings Your body and Gutbacteria needs time to adjust to a new diet but it's worth it :) you'll notice how your body and spirit starts to operate at a different frequency. One of the best decisions taken in life (that's why it's so surreal for me to see people eat that stuff. Especially athletes) Enjoy the weekend bro
