It's been cool and rainy here today too. Next week is going to be warm (18-20) all week. My daisies seed themselves all over in the garden but I love them. I potted some lilies, dahlias, glads, crocosmia today. Bonny

You’re making really good progress Bonny. It’s gonna cool down here next week. Weather is unpredictable. Hoping to get some stuff done this weekend.

I have a very old daisy plant in my flower garden that is very reliable so I'm hoping yours will be the same for you. I was surprised to learn they are a zone 4. It's a good idea to mix bedding plants and seeds of the same plant, I find sometimes it extends bloom times. Thanks for this video.

You are very welcome Terria. Yes I hope they come back every year now that our climate has warmed up a bit. Waiting to see if the roses I planted that were zone 4 get buds on them as well. It gives us more options for what we can plant if we can push a zone without having to protect them.

I really saw the effect of a white border in your garden last year and was just very awestruck by it! For that reason, I am adding Snow maiden Scabiosa to my borders this year. they might be a bit tall, but it’s fun to try new things.

Any white in the border seems to draw the eye I learnt alot from planting those white wave petunias now I want to add taller white perennials to middle and back of borders to draw the eye.

I have daisies that look very similar and they return year to year. They will spread like crazy if you don't keep up on it. I pull them like weeds so they don't take over the garden. It is worth the effort because they are beautiful in bloom.

My neighbor down the crescent have some like that as a property border and they self seed. They pull any that self seed in places they don’t want them. They are a smaller daisy more fern like not sure of the name but they are sure pretty.
