Yes bro. RMD 9 7940hs is very good processor. Its just runs hot. And RTX 4070 is beast. And you combine these two, they will handle any game and editing task. Just check wattage of graphic card while purchasing as it determines total performance output.

@@NigamLover i7 13700 hx is very good processor and rtx 4070 with 130 watt is very good. Actually graphic card in laptop generally does not draw more power than 120 watt. So it is very good combination and will run for 5 years with no problem. Go for it
