Well I had to eat more to see gains and increase my progressive overload…not eat like a pig but Increased my caloric intake by three hundred and it’s working

as little stimulus as possible to initiate change in a position fashion, as many/often as possible over the long term. Same goes with volume, drugs, anything. Less is more. Keep the sensitivity (in this case insulin and caloric demand) to any stimulus as high as possible by doing less,
