Frankieeee! Hello from India.. I would love it if you tried making Indian food as we're all about the struggle and most of us barely spend 70 rs (equal to around a dollar) to cook for an entire family for a whole day. (Also try South indian cuisine. I would love to see your twist on it and trust me you will love the food.)

I bought a bulk pack of lemons a little bit ago and I decided to juice and zest them because they were starting to go bad
@vermontDavid3 жыл бұрын
I zest my lemons, add them to vodka and make limoncello. Then I take the zest, put it in the freezer and use it in dishes. It doesn't freeze because of the residual alcohol.

Yummmm. Just add a couple of apples, peeled and cut into rings. Savory with a pop of sweetness. °°apple, sage stuffing. °°apole rings fried in the pork chop pan, with caramelized onions.

@lukedodson32673 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. Breast meat dries out easily anyway so a brine will help prevent that. Works great with pork, too.

What did you do with the brine? That is tons of vinegar waste if not used for something else. Sad if down the drain.

It's not safe to reuse liquid that had raw chicken in it. You could become ill from bacteria like salmonella.
@LilyGarden5283 жыл бұрын
I wanna know where they got potatoes for $1.33 and onion for 0.10. Those potatoes would cost 3.27 her and the onions about 0.70 same for the carrots. They would be twice that price.🤔
@chipchoc173 жыл бұрын
Walmart in my area has 5 lbs red potatoes for $3.47, so 1.5 lbs for this recipe would be $1.04. Carrots are $.67 per pound, so $.24 for 2 carrots is about right. I can't find anything that would match $.10 for half a red onion.
@83shaunam3 жыл бұрын
That's about how much that stuff costs in my area, I'm in central ohio. Aldi generally has 5 lbs of yellow potatoes for around $3, russets even cheaper. 2 lbs of carrots for less than $2. And bags of onions for just a couple of bucks too.
@LilyGarden5283 жыл бұрын
Carrots here ar .97 a pound and onions are .80 each. The potatoes are close but you have to get the larger red potatoes for 4.12 a 5lb bag
