I loved Sonja's book; WALKING HOME. I felt like i was there. So beautiful and well written. I love walking and reading. Once i was in Hawayii with my sister and we took a short cut through the trees and brush from the beach to our car. I got ahead of her, and slowed down at a spot. When she caught up to me, i said, " this feels like a sacred site." I don't know how i knew, but a little further ahead , there was actually a sign saying it was a sacred site! I could feel the energy. Neither of us had ever been there. Eerie. Sonja explains everything so seamlessly.. love and light. 💕🐼🌹💙⚕️💜☮️🐾✌️❇️😊

Mind blown... Last Thursday I couldn't sit at home and watch tv (following the election) so I went to the Library for a book on Edgar Cayce, why... I have no idea, but that was my direction. Haven't checked out a book in over well 50 years, but got my book, also picked up one other and started reading it right there in the library. Went back to the library yesterday to have the same quiet space to read this very old book that drew me in. Now this morning as I wake up with my computer open and over a dozen choices open on my KZbin screen, half asleep I click one. Not until half way through this video does something sound familiar.... the book I picked up was Sonia's, the first printing from 2004 of Trust Your Vibes. I'm starting to quiet as instructed in in the first chapter and notice the messages... here is one more validation that yes, there is guidance available, if we are only open and quiet enough to hear/see them. Thank you, Sonia and Michael for the message this morning that yes, everything will be ok. Off to finish reading Sonia's book and continue to connect. 🙏🏻🩵

I've been struggling so much recently and praying/begging for guidance, a sign, an inspiration, and to be honest I am feeling fed up that the God/Spirit that creates and sustains this entire Universe can't just answer me directly right now, I'm so sick and tired of hearing all these methods and processes to extract a message from the ethers, like water from a stone. the 10-steps so that you might hear a whisper. I am resentful that it feels like we have to resort to begging just for communication. I know ultimately I am over-reacting and seeing this incorrectly but damnit I am pissed and I need some divine guidance. I feel like I am more responsive and immediately responding to a stray cat on the street than the Divine answering my painful cry. OK I'm being dramatic but ARGH

It will come - it doesn't always happen when you want. When you have an issue to deal with, a little voice in your head (not your own thought, though), comes to you giving you help and pushing you, giving you instructions. That's how you know! And of course it's not saying anything evil - it's a nudging in the right direction for you. It's happened to me when I needed it!
