This challenging 10-minute full body workout hits every muscle, joint, and bone in your body while allowing you to get in and out of the gym quickly. It's fun, tiring, and rejuvenating all in one!
This is a typical workout I do several times a week. To make it even more difficult, increase the reps or repeat the whole sequence 2-3 times. I guarantee you'll be wiped out by the end. The key is to go from one exercise to the next without rest or with only 10-15 seconds rest in between.
Rollercoasters: 10 reps
Circle Lunges: 3-5 rounds
Core Abdominals: 30 sec to 1 min each side
Donkey Kicks: Level 1 - 20 reps, level 2- 2x10 reps , level 3 - 2x 10 reps
Squat: 1 min
