We appreciate the shout out :) Quick note - That white fuzz actually isn't mold, its called "flowers of kefir" You can google that if you want to learn about it more. Generally harmless but it doesn't taste the best. Your kefir looks amazing by the way. Keep up the good work!

I don't tolerate cow's milk, but can have small amounts of goat cheese. I may try this, this spring, as a new neighbor raises goats, perhaps I can purchase or barter for some fresh! Thank you so much fir making this seem simple enough for me, God bless you.

I've made raw milk kefir for the past decade. Usually we use it in our smoothies, but I make cheese with some and soak my homemade granolanin it before dehydrating it.

I love my kefir grains. I bought mine from cultured foods that were shipped in milk. So they weren’t dormant when I received them. ❤

I love milk Kefir. I have been making & drinking it for almost a year now. It's a drinkable yogurt. I just use regular whole milk. I have several grains frozen for future use or to share.
