Thanks for the inspiration. I'm 46 and haven't been taking care of myself since my scoliosis has made walking even short distances difficult. I just did some stretches while sitting in a comfortable position and it sure made me feel better. Also drank a half can of sparkling water. Made a huge difference.😎

I walk to Michaels. It's downhill to get there. The walk back is a bit difficult. I go really slow.

I dance to body groove and drink plenty of water and stretch. I also bought a finger roller to help my hands stay fit. I noticed some signs of arthritis in my thumb. I do laundry while I craft so I have to get up frequently.

63 and retired but I forrce myself up every hour! Knees and blood clots are no joke when you sit for days on end

Dead right Matt... Bit hard when walking is mostly a dream. I do leg excersises in bed, same with arm ones, making jewellery is my way of keeping my hands moving instead of locking up.

Hi Sharon, sorry to hear that. Well, first you have to know what's causing it, could be many things from neuropathy from diabetes, or poor circulation or lack of absorption of vitamins , or electrolyte imbalances, or something else. So first you have to find out why it's happening, that requires speaking with a Dr so they can do tests. Hope that helps ❤😃
