I was just playing Mysteries, and the game cut out 3 times for ads, and first I called for e tra time, but didn't get help in time, so bought extra time, and because of lost precious time, I had to buy extra badges to finish the game when I was at 98%.

A few years ago my phone completely died on me and I had to get a new one. Because I had saved my ID number, Customer Care was able to restore my game for me. I was so thankful since I had played for a year. They are very cagey about new islands. I had filled all my islands and asked when a new one would appear out of the mists. The only thing they would tell me was that one was on the way. It arrived a few weeks later. It was huge. I'm still working on clearing the land. It takes lots of compasses for each section. At the moment, it costs 60 compasses. At one point, some of the sections said they would need 65, 70 and 75 compasses to open. When it actually came time to open those sections, they had decreased to 60 compasses. I don't know why they decreased, but I do appreciate it.

During the 45 minute competition with 24 minutes left I kept getting kicked out with the mag " something went wrong please reload" it never worked it did take my 10 power to enter every time , then ...reload repeat . I tried shutting off & restarting . 24 missing mi uses left me with a very low score to assist my team mates with, very disappointed

Have attempted to contact "Customer Care" many times and I NEVER receive a reply: I cannot join "June's Newsletter", nothing. And yes, I have checked my SPAM folder and checked to make sure I haven't blocked them - nothing. So, I gave up.

I enjoy playing the game I do however dislike the way I have to watch an ad for everything and I play probably 8 hours a day (no I don't have much of a life) anywho back to the point I was getting at is with all of the ads I watch in a day you think you guys could give a break sometimes to people like me who do not see the sense into putting real money into something I cannot physically hold if I'm going to go pay for 20 diamonds I'm going to go get me some real diamonds not $20 worth of fake diamonds on a game. Idk that's just my opinion.
